An easy and quick dish, perfect for any meal. This classic omellete combines beaten eggs
cooked to perfection, optionally filled with choices of your cheese,vegetable or meat

  1. Beats the eggs: In a bowl beat the eggs with the pinch of salt and pepper until they are well mixed.You can add a tablespoon of water or milk for a fluffer texture.
  2. Heat the pan: Place a non stick frying pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  3. Cook the omellete Once the butter is melting and bubbling, pour in the egg. Tilt the
    pan to ensure the eggs evenly coat the surface.
  4. Add fillings (optional) When the egg begin to set at the edges but still slightly
    running in the middle, sprinkle your choosen filling over one half of the omellete.
  5. Fold and serve:As the omellete continue to cook, carefully lift one edge and fold it
    over the filling.Let it cook for another minute, then slide it onto te plate.
  6. Enjoy:Serve hot, with additional salt and paper if needed.
